The anthrazit project has received final design review approval from the City of Santa Barbara Single Family Design Board.
We are currently in the construction document phase and integrating BuiltGreen Santa Barbara regional sustainable practices.
EcoSteel will be providing the manufactured steel structure and insulated skin.
