Originally built as a retreat for Convair employees, the Pinecrest Retreat in Julian, CA is being carefully crafted to become a premier vintage travel trailer private resort.

Our task is to bring the clubhouse to a modern standard with a sustainable approach. Metal roofs will capture water for future use, solar panels will provide necessary power and fire-resistive construction will allow this building to provide years of enjoyment and tread lightly on the earth.
