The existing house had the underlying characteristics to allow a minimalist interpretation to flourish.

An architect-designed custom residence built in the 1970’s, we peeled back all of the rustic finishes to unveil a sophisticated building form. With a simple addition in front to create a sense of entrance and an addition to the rear to update the kitchen and master suite, this building’s uesful life has been extended decades.
