desert art lofts

Intended as a modern oasis in the Southern California desert, the desert art lofts creates affordable housing for the creative set. In addition to live/work lofts, the development includes public commons space for social gatherings, creative performing arts and a gallery scene.

This project is currently under concept review with City officials.
