This story begins like most others - A young couple was preparing for one of life’s big changes: starting a family. They were living in a builder’s cottage but anticipated that the house wouldn’t be able to readily adapt to their new additions.

The home was conceived as a composition of two separate buildings connected by a two-story lanai and a protected by a woven wood lattice. The Main house opens to the front, lanai and rear yards with views of the bay and distant foothills. The Guesthouse anchors the rear yard with views to an existing tree and into the Main house. The lanai acts as a connector to the yard and distant views. The wood screen acts as an entrance gate through the lanai and garage doors.

This new residence emerged from an impassioned appreciation for, and unwavering dedication to, architecture. Our role under this project spanned from design to construction. We aspire to become your trusted advisor; helping you navigate through the entire process.
