The City’s redevelopment agency has begun a program to revitalize the downtown core. The vision is to give back under-utilized vehicular access to a pedestrian oriented paseo.

Phase I develops a pedestrain paseo, a parking area that includes enhanced paving, dark-sky approved lighting and stormwater bio-swales at desert environment planting areas.

Phase II includes facade improvements to create double-fronted hospitality friendly development.
