A housing complex at the limits of it’s lifecycle is recharged with a shade wing that minimizes solar gain and provides a platform for solar electricity generation for the community.

In addition, public and semi-private spaces are designed to encourage social involvement - the courtyard gardens bring people together.

We wish to uplift those in this community, and for this project to be a model for the community-at-large.
