How long will it take to design my home?

Every project has a different set of circumstances, and the time it takes to design your house will depend on your needs. Usually, you can see early concepts within the first month. Submitting for building permits can take from 6-12 months.

We limit our workload to ensure we give you the attention you deserve. We can expedite our work if you have a clear vision and can make timely decisions. However, if you need time to consider your options, we will happily accommodate that because exploring ideas during the design phase is more cost-effective than making changes during construction.

How do you charge for your services?

Our fee structure depends on your specific requirements and the level of service you need to create your dream home. We determine our fees based on the scope of work involved. We offer hourly and fixed-fee services, but combining the two can be the best approach to managing costs while giving you the time to make informed decisions.

Once we understand the scope of your project, we can estimate your cost.

How much will construction cost?

As of 2023, the average construction cost for a living space is $600 per square foot. However, the home's size, structure type, finishes, preferences, and site challenges all affect the cost.
