The Art Project: Seeking a change of pace 

This house was a fascinating undertaking that we have recently completed. The story begins with a couple with a unique style, developed from their days living in New York. However, as much as they loved the East Coast, they decided to move to the beautiful beach community of Coronado, seeking a change of pace. 

Their taste in design was just as impressive as their background. They wanted an open-plan home with a minimal modern aesthetic, allowing for indoor-outdoor connections that filled each room with soft, natural light. They were also art enthusiasts; their new home needed to reflect that. 

We worked closely with the couple to create this steel-framed home to meet their needs and style perfectly. Every single detail was carefully thought out to achieve the stunning result that brought together the best of modern design and the relaxed West Coast beach lifestyle.

Being a part of this project was a pleasure, and it was gratifying to see how happy the couple was with the result. The Art Project is an excellent example of how the right team makes anything possible.
